How it works, step by step
- Take a “before” photo and follow the recommended protocol — 10 minutes per session, 3 to 5 sessions per week — for 28 days from delivery.
- On day 28, take your “after” photo under similar conditions.
- If you feel the product wasn’t right for you, email [email protected] with both photos within 14 days of completing the 28-day protocol. We will review your case within 48 hours and offer a fair solution within 72 hours — including a refund where appropriate.

Is the light safe for my skin and eyes?
NoeraSkin NS-LED01 has been laboratory tested to the international standard IEC 62471:2006 for photobiological safety. The tested light configurations were classified Exempt Group, the lowest-risk group under the standard. Even so, the mask includes silicone eye protectors whose use is mandatory during each session. If you have any medical condition, epilepsy, are pregnant or take photosensitizing medication, consult a health professional before using it.
