Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
- Dispatch: orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Latvia within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday), via DPD.
- Mainland Spain and the rest of the EU: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of Europe outside the EU (e.g. the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland): typically 7–14 business days after dispatch. Import duties or local taxes at destination, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact [email protected] and we will locate it for you.
Packaging
Your mask ships in its retail box — containing the NoeraSkin LED mask (NS-LED01), wireless control remote, USB-C charging cable, 2 silicone eye protectors and the English and Spanish user manuals — inside a protective outer carton.
Returns
