Q: Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are entered in Stripe’s secure payment fields and are never stored on our servers.

Q: What currency are prices in?

All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR €). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will convert the amount at its standard exchange rate.

Q: Why don’t I see Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout?

Apple Pay and Google Pay only appear when your device and browser support them – Apple Pay on Safari and Apple devices with a card in Wallet, Google Pay on Chrome or Android with a saved card. If they are not shown, you can always pay by card.

Q: Why was my card payment declined?

Common reasons include insufficient funds, 3D Secure verification not completed, the card not being enabled for online purchases, or a fraud check by your bank. Please contact your bank, or try a different card or payment method.

Q: Who do I contact about a payment issue?

Email us at info@noeraskin.com and include your order number if you have one. We’ll help you resolve any payment, billing or refund question as quickly as possible.
